Self-Directed Care - My Life My Way Forum Summary and Discussion Paper
On Wednesday 10 August 2011, a forum about Self Directed Services Design titled My Life My Way was held at the University Club UWA. The forum was attended by representatives of community organisations and government agencies as well as consumers of services and their families and carers. The forum was intended to generate discussion and interest around Self Directed Service Design and Delivery.
