NMHS Youth Mental Health Safety, Quality and Performance Committee (SQP)
The SQP Committee is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, quality, and effective services. It enacts directions from the Mental Health, Public Health, and Dental Services (MHPHDS) Specialties Leadership Committee. The impact on patient, staff and organizational safety will be considered when making business decisions.
Carer experience desired:
Lived experience providing care to a young person aged 16-24 experiencing complex mental health issues. Carers (partners, parents, siblings, other relatives, significant others) of currently active clients of the NMHS Youth Mental Health Services (Youthlink, Youth Axis, Youth Hospital in the Home, Youth Community Assessment and Treatment Team) may not be selected due to complexities around confidentiality and conflict of interest.
