One of the most common questions is: How do I deal with feeling guilty? Guilt is a feeling; a common experience in a carer’s life when they focus on caring for themselves. In this workshop, Louisa Holmes, a registered Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor, will look at ways to rethink and refocus our thoughts and feelings of guilt to find a way to rest a little easier when we choose to make time for ourselves.
It will be a space to share and find support, to learn and expand your skills in how to cope with the caring role, whether you are a parent, a partner, a family member or a friend.
Cost: Free to participants registered with Carers WA | A complimentary light lunch included.
RSVP: Registrations are essential for the course. Please fill out the RSVP form below, or contact the Carers WA Wellness Program on 1300 227 377 or email wellnessprogram@carerswa.asn.au to secure your place.
