This Inquiry will examine the provisions and operation of the Australian Carer Recognition Act 2010 in relation to unpaid carers. This will include consideration of the Act’s effectiveness in raising recognition and awareness of the unpaid caring role, as well as its obligations on public service agencies, and the effectiveness of existing state, territory and international recognition of unpaid care.
Carers can provide feedback through the online survey here.
Carers can also participate in a online or in-person consultation session run by Carers WA on Wednesday 26 July, 2.00pm-4.00pm. To register please complete the form below.
