Caring for yourself and others is one of the most important jobs in the world. But it often isn’t easy.
This workshop will cover tips and tools for generating resilience and practical ways to sustain your own health and wellbeing whilst caring for others.
The second half of the workshop will focus on simple rejuvenation practices, so simple you may even share them with others!
This session will be facilitated by Erin Griffin, who combines her lived experience as a carer with her background and passion for community mental health, yoga and meditation.
This event is free for participants registered with Carers WA. A complimentary light lunch will be included.
(Tuesday) 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
