PaRK Mental Health Service Older Adult Management Meeting
The Older Adult Management Team meet monthly to discuss clinical and operational issues within the team and provide any relevant updates. This includes discussions relating to service delivery, planning and quality improvement.
Carer experience required:
Currently a carer for someone experiencing mental illness or recent experience in a caring role supporting someone with mental illness.
Ideally living in the Peel, Rockingham or Kwinana areas.
A desire to promote the voice of carers in service delivery and planning, particularly relating to the care of older people.
Please note: It is a prerequisite for carer representatives to also be a member of the PaRK Mental Health Consumer and Carer Guidance Group, as this group plays a key role in ensuring that carers receive the necessary support in their representative capacity.
