St John of God Consumer & Community Advisory Committee
The Consumer and Community Advisory Council (the CCAC) provides support and advice to the Hospital Management Executive on how to enhance the provision of services and consumer/carer experience within St John of God Private and Public Hospitals (SJGMPPH) working within the boundaries of SJGHC’s Patient Safety and Clinical Excellence Framework, SJGHC’s Child, Young Person and Adult at Risk Safeguarding Framework, National Standards and legislation and the SJGMPPH Consumer Partnership Framework.
Carer experience required:
Ability to give your time to represent the Midland community and its consumers to improve the patient experience.
Demonstrated communication skills and ability to work respectfully with others and,
awareness/lived experience providing valuable perspective, insight and understanding of the complex and varied issues faced by our diverse consumer, carer, and community groups.
Other requirements
St John of God Public & Private Hospital or online via MS Teams
Bi-monthly meetings – Wednesdays
3.00pm - 5.00pm 2hrs
