Carers in Esperance, Are You Ready for Some Time Just for You?
This two day workshop is an opportunity for carers to take a step back from their daily responsibilities and spend time in a calm, creative environment. Through gentle, nature based activities, you’ll have space to reflect, connect, and recharge.
You’re welcome to attend either one or both sessions, depending on what works best for you.
When: Tuesday, 9th December and Thursday, 11th December
Time: 10.00am – 12.00pm
Where: Esperance Community Arts Shop 6, Museum Village, 54 Dempster Street, Esperance
Cost: Free for carers registered with Carers WA
Workshop Schedule:
A Nature Mandala is a circular arrangement of natural materials, created as a meditative and collaborative practice. No prior experience is required.
