This gentle yoga class will be guided by Erin Griffin who loves nothing more than inviting people to slow down, be kind and listen to their bodies.

Erin will offer a simple chair yoga class that includes elements of moving, breathing and stillness. Together we will practice mindfulness and moments of meditation. The class will be a combination of seated and standing postures with plenty of options so you can choose what feels right for you and your body.

No yoga experience required. Places are limited.
