To inform development of the new WA Carers Strategy, this session will focus on hearing from older carers, as well as those supporting them.
You are invited to attend a carers conversation focusing on insights from older carers, carers supporting older people, as well as community organisations and providers, to discuss and identify solutions to the challenges they encounter.
