The EMHS Consumer Working Group is a collaborative group of Patient Experience and Safety & Quality leaders from across EMHS and its services (Royal Perth Bentley Group, Armadale Kalamunda Group and Midland Public Hospital). The aim of the group is to oversee and deliver upon proactive activities that supports greater engagement of consumers in the delivery and planning of healthcare and; improvements to patient experience. The work of the group is influenced by the priorities of the Area Executive Group and the EMHS Operational Plan (Consumers and Community Pillar).
