Rest might feel like a foreign concept in today’s times but it is a truly vital piece of the puzzle. Come along for a relaxing morning where we will share some simple practices that restore and replenish. We will look at creating routines that reclaim sleep as a restful experience and learn how to bring meditation in to any moment of the day.
This session will be facilitated by Erin Griffin, who combines her lived experience as a carer with her background and passion for community mental health, yoga and meditation.
A light lunch is included.
When: Tuesday, 20th October | 10.00am – 12.00pm
