Customer Service Excellence Lead

The role works across the Carer Gateway Contact Centre Team to lead and mentor the team to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service. Key responsibilities include providing training, mentoring and fostering a culture of excellence. A significant focus is placed on enhancing customer satisfaction by resolving issues, improving the customer journey, and creating and refining processes, whilst ensuring compliance with organisational standards.

Young Carer Education and Engagement Officer

The YCEEO is responsible for increasing engagement opportunities within education facilities (schools, TAFE and universities), community service providers, associated network groups, and Local Government Associations, to increase awareness and supports for young carers in the community. It is a predominately outreach facing role covering Perth Metro areas, and may include some regional travel.
