Safety, Quality & Risk Committee
The purpose of the Committee is to provide operational oversight and accountability for all clinical safety, quality and risk management matters arising for the Service Stream; and support compliance with the WA Health Clinical Governance Framework, relevant Health Service Standards and legislation.
Carer experience required: Carer Rep will be asked to consider and provide feedback on impact on, and perception of, consumers or carers on decisions of the Committee.
