The Consumer and Carer Guidance Group is the peak group advising the service clinical governance and corporate governance committees that determine operations for the service.
Each Carer Rep is requested to attend the guidance group (2 hours monthly) and one of these executive meetings (two hours monthly).
Carer Experience Required:
Has lived experience of being a carer of person with mental illness.
Ameer Street Rockingham or Online (face to face preferred)
4hrs per month
3rd Friday of each month plus 1 Monday per month for 1 hour
