Description

The Women and Newborn Health Service (WNHS) Diversity and Inclusion (the Committee) will improve consumer access and experience by overseeing the identification, implementation, and evaluation of systems, processes, and strategies associated with providing a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive service at WNHS for all consumers, including those identifying as Carers, Aboriginal, CALD, LGBTQIA+, and having disability.

Carer Experience Required:

  • It would be preferable if the representative has experience as the carer of a person with disability, but not essential.
  • Experience with obstetric/gynaecological services as a carer and/or consumer also desirable.

King Edward Memorial Hospital

Frequency

One hour every month

Time and Duration of Meetings

The fourth Thursday of every month between 1.00pm – 2.00pm
