Hey Young Carers! Join us for a day of exploring the wonders of the ocean with AQWA’s exclusive Behind The Scenes experience!

This unique adventure takes you beyond the public areas with an AQWA knowledgeable Ocean Guide for an unforgettable look at what happens behind the glass!

Here’s what’s included:

  • Explore restricted areas and discover fascinating marine secrets.
  • Enjoy a target-feed session with some of AQWA’s crawliest creatures.
  • Gain exclusive up-close access to The Coral Bank of WA—a living conservatory of vibrant local corals.
  • Experience a glass bottom boat ride for a breathtaking view of marine life.
  • Take part in a turtle feeding experience.
  • AQWA Standard entry included.
  • Lunch is also included at a chosen Hillarys food venue before the experience!

The Young Carer team will take photos and images to promote Carer WA services to other young carers. The images and written description may be used in media related activities such as, but not limited to: Carers WA publications (online and print, including social media) media, submissions, communications and/or educational activities to promote and raise awareness of carers and carer issues. NB: Encourage the young carer to remind staff if photo's / images are not to be taken of them.
