Come and join us in a relaxing exploration of creativity! Over 4 weeks, you will explore different art and craft techniques and projects promoting self-nurturing and self-expression. Lead by Esti, a local artist, muralist and qualified therapist, you are in great hands as she guides you to explore your inner creativity and learn how to express yourself in a positive way.
Each session will start with a range of brief activities to warm up and connect with each other, followed by guided self-reflection and visualisation.
Week 1: Paints and collage – Our strength givers, guides and protectors
Week 2: Fabrics, yarn, natural materials – Wish/ healing dolls
Week 3 : Papers, paints, collage, natural materials – Nature mandalas
Week 4: Clay and natural materials – Healing vessels
No art experience is required, all are encouraged to take part and explore their creativity in a fun and supportive environment.
