This gentle yoga class will be guided by Erin Griffin who loves nothing more than creating opportunities for people to slow down, be kind and listen to their bodies. Yoga is a powerful self-care practice that connects us back to ourselves, to our breath, and to this moment. Erin will offer a simple chair yoga class that includes elements of moving, breathing and stillness. Together we will practice mindfulness and moments of meditation. The class will be a combination of seated and standing postures with plenty of options so you can choose what feels right for you and your body.
No yoga experience required. Places are limited.
