This gentle session is designed to release tight muscles through chair-based stretches and to induce a state of calm through guided breathing exercises.

Facilitator – Lara Adler is a Yoga, Meditation, Wellbeing, and Pilates Facilitator. She first experienced yoga during her school years. She used movement and breathing to help her recover from a car accident. She’s always been curious about the movement of the body and the inner workings of the mind. She teaches because she wants to help others discover confidence through movement. Lara has studied Yoga, Aerial, Yoga, Meditation, Wellness Coaching, and Pilates. She sees herself as a lifelong learner and is always adding to her educational toolbelt. Her classes are mobility-focused, infusing strength and stability into yoga. You will learn to play with the patterns of your body and mind. Lara loves to challenge you to move and think in different ways. To help you feel more connected to yourself – Holistic Services.
