Carers WA presents an interactive workshop for carers exploring some of the common challenges experienced when caring for a family member, friend or loved one.
Rest might feel like a foreign concept in today’s times but it is a truly vital piece of the puzzle. When rested, we access more tenderness, spaciousness and compassion – both for ourselves and for others.
Come along for a relaxing morning where we will share some simple practices that restore and replenish. We will look at creating routines that reclaim sleep as a restful experience and learn how to bring meditation in to any moment of the day.
This session will be facilitated by Erin Griffin, who combines her lived experience as a carer with her background and passion for community mental health, yoga, and meditation.
If you are interested in the event or would like more information, please fill out the RSVP and a Carers WA staff member will be in contact.
