Enjoy the tranquil sounds of nature and the beautiful scenery of the Swan River for this special Carers Week Event!
Join us on an immersive journey guided by Whadjuk carers, Aunty Vanessa and Aunty Brenda, as they connect us to the land and share stories.
This will also be the launch of the ‘Healing on Country’ program for carers.
So come along, enjoy the sound and the Swan River. Good Language, good culture, on country.
