    Supporting family members can be rewarding, but it can also be stressful, distressing, and overwhelming. When the demands of life become excessive and unrelenting, it’s easy for your own mental health to take a back seat. Learning how to manage stress effectively can make a world of difference.

    Join us for a practical and empowering 3-hour workshop designed to equip you with essential tools to reduce stress and improve your well-being.

    In this session, you’ll learn to:

    • Identify and understand the stressors in your life.
    • Explore the concept of well-being and how to improve it.
    • Solve problems to reduce stress and enhance your overall mental health.
    • Plan and manage your activities and behaviours for a more balanced life.
    • Stay motivated and overcome negative thinking patterns.

    This workshop is facilitated by Lucius Arco (Lu), a highly experienced clinical psychologist. With a wealth of expertise in supporting individuals with mental illness, autism, acquired brain injury, and emotional or behavioural challenges, Lu brings practical insights and compassionate guidance to every session. Having worked across government, non-government, academic, and private sectors, Lu is now self-employed, sharing his knowledge and skills to help others thrive.

    Tea and biscuits will be provided at the event.
