This workshop is facilitated by Lucius Arco (Lu), a highly experienced clinical psychologist. With a wealth of expertise in supporting individuals with mental illness, autism, acquired brain injury, and emotional or behavioural challenges, Lu brings practical insights and compassionate guidance to every session. Having worked across government, non-government, academic, and private sectors, Lu is now self-employed, sharing his knowledge and skills to help others thrive.
