A gentle pause for carers in Broome.
Join Nicole for a nurturing, deeply restful class created especially for those who give so much to others. This gentle, accessible session invites you to slow right down and let yourself be cared for.
You will be guided through simple, fully supported yoga shapes, mostly lying down, with plenty of props to help your body feel safe, comfortable, and at ease. No experience needed just come as you are.
Soft sound healing will flow through the class, creating a calm, soothing space where the mind can settle and the nervous system can truly rest.
If you’re feeling tired, stretched thin, or simply in need of a pause, this is your invitation to rest, replenish, and recharge.
When: Thursday, 23rd April | 10.30am – 11.30am
Where: Blue Body Buddha Sanctuary, 5 Millington Road, Cable Beach 6726
Please RSVP before 18th April to secure your spot.
