You are invited to join us for a morning of nourishing wellbeing and self-care activities.
It can be difficult to maintain our self-care but it’s important to slow down and restore. Together we will explore simple ways to keep motivated.
Expect to finish the sessions feeling nurtured and nourished. No experience is necessary for any of the activities as you will be guided throughout.
When: Tuesday, 18th July 2023 | 10.00am – 12.00pm. Please arrive at 9.45am for registration.
Where: Canning River Eco Centre | Corner Kent Street and Queens Park Road, Wilson 6107.
Cost: Free to participants registered with Carers WA.
