Event Details

Jump, Climb, Throw Hoops, and Laugh alongside other young carers with a range of exciting activities, in Port Kennedy Including:

🏀 Shooting hoops and slam dunks

🤾 Dodgeball games with friends

🧗 Climbing walls and running challenges

🤸 Plenty of bouncing fun to keep the smiles coming!

After the action-packed session, you’ll enjoy a tasty lunch featuring:

🍕 Pizza

🍟 Chips

🥤 Soft drinks

When: Thursday, 9th October | 12.00pm – 2.00pm
Where: Port Kennedy (exact location will be given to registered participants)

Eligibility: Young carers registered with Carers WA who are currently 8–12 years old.

This is a great chance to connect with other young carers and enjoy a well-deserved break these school holidays!

⚠️ Please note: Submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) form does not guarantee a spot at the event, so make sure to get in early. Places are limited!

As a willing participant in visual recordings, including photographs, digital images and film, you agree to Carers WA using such visual recordings in all forms of media and all manners, including alterations and composite representations, for any lawful purpose without restriction. The images and written description may be used in media related activities such as, but not limited to: Carers WA publications (online and print, including social media) media, submissions, communications and/or educational activities to promote and raise awareness of carers and carer issues. NB: Encourage the young carer to remind staff if photo's / images are not to be taken of them.
