The topic for our morning tea event is Taming the Mind: Managing and understanding scary thoughts.
Our professional presenter will provide strategies, tips and tricks for managing scary thoughts. The presenter is Ranka Joyce, an experienced relationship therapist with a Masters Degree in Counselling
This interactive morning session is all about anxiety. Ranka will facilitate mini lectures covering physical anxiety signals, practice grounding tools, and building a personal coping plan. People will have a choice to work either on their own, or in pairs, depending on their preference.
Refreshments will be provided. No need to bring a plate of food to share.
