Gain the confidence to understand mental health and support someone in need.
Carers WA would like to offer you the opportunity to attend a free online information session facilitated by Mental Illness Fellowship of Western Australia (MIFWA) that is designed to increase your awareness of mental health and mental illness.
The workshop will cover:
Prevalence of mental illness
Some common mental illnesses and the signs of a crisis
Signs and symptoms
Self-care handouts and discussion
What makes a person less likely to help and active listening activities
Debrief and questions

You will receive a link to the Zoom meeting the day of the event.
