The workshop series, ‘Confident People’ is all about you!
You’ll understand how good mental health and positive psychology can improve outcomes, while learning the 7As, a training program designed by Develop Mental.
We’ll use the break out rooms to explore what makes you tick and dig deeper into the topics presented.
