Event Details

The Carers WA Young Carer team have collaborated with The Hike Collective to provide young carers and their families with a unique experience. Discover the rich history of Omeo Wreck and Woodman’s Point including landmarks like the quarantine station, munitions bunker, lighthouse, and the iconic Omeo shipwreck. This event is NOT wheelchair accessible and does involve jetty steps.


The tour includes a guided 6km hike of Omeo Wreck and Woodman’s Point in Cockburn with Perth’s award-winning hiking tour operator and a light lunch.


When: Wednesday, 13th January 2021 | 8.30am – 12.30pm

Where: Port Coogee Marina. 1 Maraboo Wharf, North Coogee.

Cost: The hike is free to attend and a light lunch will be provided.

What to bring: Sunscreen, hats, comfortable trainers and water bottles.


Spots are strictly limited for this small group tour, so we recommend booking your spot early!
