As part of Carers Week 2023, the Carer Wellness at Home team invites you to join them for yoga and morning tea. This gentle yoga class will be guided by Erin Griffin who loves nothing more than inviting people to slow down, be kind and listen to their bodies. Yoga is a powerful self-care practice that connects us back to ourselves, to our breath, and to this moment.
Erin will offer a yoga class that includes elements of meditation and opportunities to lay down and rest. If you are unable to get down and up from the floor, we will have some chairs available.
Please let us know if you have mobility challenges so we can accommodate. No yoga experience necessary and all props provided, although if you have your own, you are welcome to bring them.
Registrations are essential for the course. Please RSVP below.
