Group counselling offers a therapeutic environment, opportunities for support and feedback, improved communication, a space to talk honestly and directly about feelings, gain insight and understanding in one’s own thoughts, feelings, beliefs and perceptions in the world. Being part of the group experience can improve self-confidence, esteem and identity, and bring more balance to the expectations of one’s own life as well as others.
This group will use the program Zoom from the comfort of your home and run fortnightly at 1.00pm-2.30pm on Tuesdays, for 10 sessions, excluding school holidays.
You will receive a link to the Zoom meeting the day of the event.
Zoom is a free tool much like Skype that will enable the event host to chat to you all on video. You can download Zoom here and this video is a helpful first-timer guide.
Please note: As an attendee, you can use the free version of Zoom.
