Yarn With Me

The ‘Yarn With Me’ program aims to provide a consistent, culturally appropriate space for First Nations carers to meet and yarn.

The program focuses on strengthening ties to community and country, while fostering increased social connections among its participants.

Each session we will have a Yarning Circle. This is a space where traditional and modern healing practices meet, featuring activities such as sound healing meditation, art therapy, self-care planning, journal making and more!

This program is more than just a gathering; it is a journey towards healing, connection, and a deeper understanding of one’s self and community.

Come along, yarn, share culture and wisdom, and enjoy healing activities together.
