The booklet is available from most wards. Just ask hospital staff for your FREE copy. In some areas of the hospital, the booklets may be available in the ‘Carers Corner’.
If the person you care for is in hospital or has been in hospital, we would like your feedback about your experience and about the Carers WA resources for navigating the hospital stay and community supports.
