CARE Resource Kit
The CARE Project was funded by the Department of Local Government and Communities (formerly Department of Communities). The project was aimed at increasing awareness of carers in every workplace and how to best support carers to continue their caring role and work.
A Resource Kit was developed specifically for public sector employees, however much of the information contained in the Kit is relevant to a broader audience, including community organisations. The Kit provides practical tools that could be distributed to your employees via your intranet and would be a valuable addition to your employee assistance resources.
