Carer talking to Carer Gateway service provider

Share your views on using Carer Gateway services

Have your say

Urbis has been engaged by the Department of Social Services (DSS) to conduct a research study about how well the Carer Gateway service has been delivered to service users.

You are invited to participate in this research to help us learn about your experiences with Carer Gateway.

The research will be in a form of your preference:

  • online interview
  • telephone interview
  • focus group

Multiple dates and times are available between the 15th – 26th February 2021.

Registrations are open until Monday, 22nd February.

How do you take part?

Your contribution will provide valuable insights to DSS regarding the design and delivery of future services which support carers in Australia.

If you are interested in participating, please register online through the Carer Gateway Research Information and Registration Form.

Your eligibility for Government services and/or payments will not be impacted in any way by any information you share in this study, or by your decision not to participate.

Please note that as a participant, you will not be reimbursed for your time or any expenses you incur as a result of taking part in this study.

If you would like further information please contact Frances McMurtrie at Urbis at fmcmurtrie@urbis.com.au
