Carers Australia, in partnership with the Australian Digital Health Agency, is offering webinars and face‑to‑face support sessions in 2026 to help carers confidently use digital health systems.
These sessions will support carers to keep digital health information safe, private, and secure, understand who can access it, and manage user settings. Participants will also learn about the benefits of digital health, what “better, faster access” means, and how these systems can support care.
Digital health information covered includes pathology and diagnostic imaging results, immunisations, medications, discharge summaries, and electronic prescriptions.
