This gentle yoga and meditation workshop will be guided by Adhiti Mahajan,  inviting people to slow down, be kind and listen to their bodies. Yoga is a powerful self-care practice that connects us back to ourselves, to our breath, and to this moment. You can even bring a friend! (Your friend doesn’t need to be a carer).

Adhiti will offer a yoga class that includes elements of meditation and opportunities to lay down and rest. If you are unable to get down and up from the floor, we will have some chairs available.

Please let us know if you have mobility challenges so we can accommodate. No yoga experience necessary and all yoga mats and props are provided.

Cost: Free | Light supper will be provided afterwards.
