Carers WA presents an interactive workshop for carers exploring some of the common challenges experienced when caring for a family member, friend or loved one.
Come along for a relaxing morning where we will share some simple practices that restore and replenish. We will look at creating routines that reclaim sleep as a restful experience and learn how to bring meditation in to any moment of the day.
This session will be facilitated by Erin Griffin, who combines her lived experience as a carer with her background and passion for community mental health, yoga and meditation.
This workshop is free to participants registered with Carers WA, and a light lunch is included.
Please arrive at 9.45am for registration.
Registrations are essential for this workshop. If you are interested in the event, please using the RSVP form below, or get in touch with the Carer Wellness at Home team at wellnessprogram@carerswa.asn.au or contact Carers WA on 1300 227 377.
