Far North Community Services Accreditation

Congratulations to Far North Community Services on achieving Level 1 Activate Accreditation through the national Carers + Employers Program.

This achievement recognises Far North Community Services’ commitment to building a workplace that supports employees who balance paid work with caring responsibilities.

As a result of this achievement, Far North Community Services is now officially recognised as a Carer Friendly Workplace and proudly becomes the first organisation in the Kimberley region to receive this status.

To mark the occasion, Carers WA Head of Services and Outcomes, Amanda Lovelock, and Geordie Bailey, Program Manager Carer & Peer Capacity Building, visited Broome to officially present the accreditation certificate to the Far North Community Services team and celebrate this outstanding achievement. The Far North team extended a warm welcome to Amanda and Geordie, making the presentation a wonderful opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate their commitment to creating a carer-friendly workplace.

Congratulations to Far North Community Services on this well-deserved recognition and for leading the way in supporting carers in the workplace.
