This interactive workshop will give you the opportunity to learn about the role, benefits, challenges and maintaining effectiveness as a consumer representative. It also provides a chance to connect with others who share your interests and passion for improvement.

We live in a time where looking after ourselves has become rather complicated.

This session will be about simplifying the ways in which we care for our physical, mental, emotional health and beyond. We will sample a smorgasbord of micro-practices designed to keep caring for ourselves simple and sustainable.

Good sleep. It’s essential.

We know very well the difference between waking after a deep and restful night’s sleep vs a night of tossing and turning. We spend roughly 1/3 of our lives sleeping, yet we rarely talk about how to set ourselves and our space set up for a delicious night’s deep sleep.

This session will include a short yoga nidra (yogic sleep) practice that you may enjoy enough to include in your own night time routine.

We need relationships.

We are wired to connect. And together, everything is more sustainable. The paradox is we also need solace and solitude to nourish our relationship with ourselves.

This session we will explore our circles of support and include a simple seated yoga practice to tend to the most important relationship we will ever have, the one with ourselves.
